Spirula
ProfileSpirula (formerly: Correspondentieblad) is the news journal of the Netherlands Malacological Society and is published every two months. In Spirula excursions and other activities are announced and it is the place for announcements and letters of members, book reviews, messages from the board or others of the society. Also articles from members are included, both on Dutch and foreign malacological subjects. Regular sections are newly described species and an overview of recent publications and new published books. Most articles are in Dutch with an English summary; the regular sections are bilingual, in Dutch and English.
EditorsThe editorial staff of Spirula consists of Mr. W. Faber (editor in chief marine molluscs), Mrs. M. van der Ende (editor in chief land and fresh water molluscs) en Mr. R.A. Bank (postal address) (regular departments land and fresh water). The sending is done by Mr. J. Kuiper. Guidelines for authorsFor more information about the requirements to articles in Spirula please contact the Chief editors. The guidelines for authors is only available in Dutch.
Single issuesSingle issues can be ordered via the librarian. SupplementsThree supplements to Spirula / Correspondentieblad are published, all in Dutch.
